Fred is a former police chief in Fayette County in the 70’s and 80’s. He has investigated UFOs and Cryptids for 40 years in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida.
Fred is the director of MUFON in Pennsylvania and West Virginia,. He is the Director of The West Virginia Center for Unexplained Events and the Fayette County Pennsylvania Bigfoot Research Project.
